As an Enrolled Agent(EA) I am a federally authorized tax practitioner empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before the IRS.  Enrolled Agents are required to abide by the provisions of the Department of Treasury’s Circular 230, which provides the regulations governing the practice of enrolled agents before the IRS.   

I am a board member for the Minnesota Chapter of National Association of Tax Preparers. I am also a member of National Association of Enrolled Agents and National Society of Tax Professionals.
